Art Classes
& Workshops
I conduct painting classes in my own Art Studio during the week. Each class is kept small, with no more than 8 students. I encourage students to work with their own choice of subject and, working one-to-one, I introduce them to painting in a fun and non-intimidating way. The aim is for each person to experience the joy of developing a new skill.

For those interested in learning a new skill or having a day of painting to yourself, my day workshops run from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm. You will be guided through all the steps in creating a painting in a day in whichever style you prefer eg. Charcoal drawing, Palette knife painting, pointillist, impressionist. A light lunch is included.

For more long-term instruction, or just a weekly chance to relax with paint and brush, my classes generally run for one day a week for four weeks. Both morning and night classes available. Time is also made for tea, of course!
