Geraldine Folan - Giclée Canvas Prints Giclee
What is Giclee?
Giclée is a process of making fine-art prints from a digital source using very high quality ink-jet printing. The word "giclée" is derived from the French language word "gicler"
meaning "to squirt, spurt, or spray". It was coined in 1991 by printmaker Jack Duganne to represent any inkjet-based digital print used as fine art.
Geraldine has produced a series of fine art giclée prints on canvas based on local Galway themes:
Each canvas print is from a Limited Edition of 50 and each has a Certificate of Authenticity personally signed by the artist.
Each print is mounted on wood backing & frame.
